We are looking for an IT Recruiter to organize and support recruitment processes at Moondigo. 

Wymagania


  • Managing comprehensive recruitment projects for IT positions, including creating job profiles, preparing, and publishing job advertisements.
  • Actively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, industry platforms, and direct search.
  • Conducting initial recruitment interviews, negotiating employment terms, and making job offers.
  • Organizing technical interviews as a follow-up to the screening process.
  • Keeping candidates informed by sending regular updates and feedback.
  • Building talent pools for future recruitment projects by leveraging sourcing methods and our candidate database.
  • Shaping a positive and professional image of the company.
  • Providing administrative support in the process of handling personnel documents.

Obowiązki


  • At least 2-3+ years of experience in the recruitment industry in the IT sector.
  • Interest in the IT industry and HR field.
  • Very good command of English, both spoken and written (minimum level B2).
  • Knowledge of basic labor law.
  • Sales and negotiation skills.
  • Creativity in the recruitment process and ability to find innovative solutions.
  • High personal culture and positive attitude.
  • Good organization of work.
  • Nice to have: Basic understanding of GDPR requirements.
