We’re looking for an experienced Guidewire Developer / Tech Lead to join a large-scale, long-term insurance project. You’ll be part of a dynamic, international team, taking on a technical leadership role to mentor mid-level and junior developers, enforce best coding practices, and drive software development processes.
Wymagania
5–7 years of experience as a software developer, ideally in a Tech Lead or Architect role
Strong commercial experience with Guidewire, especially PolicyCenter
Proficiency in Java and/or Gosu
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL
Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and CI/CD workflows
Fluent English – essential for working in international teams
Openness to occasional travel
Availability to work full time
Obowiązki
Implement and configure Guidewire modules – mainly PolicyCenter.
But BillingPolicy is also nice to have
Review and write code (Java/Gosu), ensure test coverage and code quality.
Integrate Guidewire with external systems
Lead DevOps processes, CI/CD automation, and best engineering practices
Support recruitment efforts for technical team members
Participate in occasional business trips (once per quarter)
