Performence Engineer

We are looking for a Performance Engineer to join an international project in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience with performance testing and is eager to drive improvements in speed, scalability, and reliability.

Wymagania

3+ years of experience in performance engineering or performance testing.
Strong knowledge of tools such as JMeter, Grafana, Gatling (or similar).
Experience in capacity planning and performance forecasting.
Ability to troubleshoot complex performance issues and find root causes.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Java, Selenide, Postman, Spring, Allure, TestNG, Gradle.
Excellent English skills – international project environment.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of security testing.
ISTQB Performance Testing certification or equivalent.

Obowiązki

Design and execute performance tests (load, scalability).
Create, maintain, and optimize test scripts with automation in mind.
Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure system reliability and a great user experience.
