We’re looking for an experienced Guidewire Developer or Tech Lead to join a large-scale, long-term insurance project. You’ll be part of a dynamic, international team, taking on a technical leadership role to mentor mid-level and junior developers, enforce best coding practices, and drive software development processes.
Wymagania
Min +5 years of experience as a software Guidewire Developer
Strong commercial experience with Guidewire (ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and Integrations)
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL
Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and CI/CD workflows
Fluent English – essential for working in international teams
Openness to occasional travel
Availability to work full-time
Obowiązki
Implement and configure Guidewire modules (ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and Integrations)
Review and write code (Java/Guidewire), ensure test coverage and code quality.
Integrate Guidewire with external systems
Lead DevOps processes, CI/CD automation, and best engineering practices
Support recruitment efforts for technical team members
Participate in occasional business trips (once per quarter)
