Join a large-scale international insurance project and become part of a highly skilled engineering team working on Guidewire solutions for a global insurance company.
We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Developer or Tech Lead who will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing Guidewire applications while supporting technical excellence across the team.
Wymagania
5+ years of software development experience
Proven commercial experience with Guidewire BillingCenter/PolicyCenter (must-have)
Strong Java development skills
Experience with Guidewire integrations and configuration
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases
Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and system integration patterns
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
Strong communication skills and fluent English
Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and support other developers
Obowiązki
Design, develop, and configure Guidewire solutions within BillingCenter or PolicyCenter
Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices
Integrate Guidewire applications with external systems and services
Support CI/CD automation and DevOps initiatives
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and international development teams
Participate in technical interviews and support team growth
Occasionally travel for project workshops and business meetings (approximately once per quarter)
