Wymagania


  • Experience in international sales (physical product),
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of Russian or German is an additional advantage),
  • Willingness to travel frequently on business trips,
  • Independence and proactiveness,
  • Ability to build long-term relationships,
  • Analytical skills,
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools,
  • Driving license (category B).

Obowiązki


  • Acquiring new business partners and co-developing long-term sales strategies.
  • Managing sales performance and the profitability of assigned clients in line with established goals and budget plans.
  • Negotiating commercial terms and concluding annual and periodic contracts.
  • Creating and executing business plans that include marketing, promotional, and merchandising activities.
  • Coordinating the implementation of new products and projects for clients.
  • Building lasting, positive relationships with the company’s existing clients.
  • Analyzing the market, monitoring the competition, and assessing the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.
