Are you a creative Graphic Designer who loves challenges? Is your approach to design full of passion? If so, we invite you to join the Qodeca team. We are a Polish technology partner collaborating with international clients. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to help us create unique projects, including co-shaping the visual strategy of the Qodeca brand.

Wymagania

What do we expect from you?

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in graphic design.

• Skills in creating graphic materials and animations.

• Proficiency in design, experience in preparing materials for print and the Internet (e.g., exhibition booth designs, landing pages).

• Excellent knowledge of graphic tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma. Knowledge of Canva.

• Practical knowledge of generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E) and the ability to effectively integrate them into the daily design workflow (AI-assisted design).

• Experience working in a software house or IT industry is a significant advantage.

• Project estimation - ability to accurately estimate project scopes, timelines, and resources. 

• Time management - a strong track record of meeting deadlines and the ability to work effectively under time pressure.

• Proactive communication - strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to communication - you don’t wait for instructions, but take the initiative, ask questions, and suggest the best solutions.

• Communicative English language skills. The Polish language is mandatory.

• Portfolio of digital and print projects.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of UX/UI.

• Knowledge of Webflow.

• Experience working in the fitness, sport, and healthcare industry.

Your responsibilities will include?

• Taking responsibility for Qodeca's visual communication.

• Creating materials for online and offline marketing campaigns.

• Ability to develop marketing materials aligned with campaign objectives.

• Designing visual content for the company website.

• Creating graphic materials for social media (LinkedIn, Dribbble, Behance).

• Designing advertising graphics and print materials.

• Preparing presentations, animations, and video editing.

• Ensuring visual consistency.

• Collaborating with marketing, HR, sales, and UX/UI design teams.

• Working based on creative briefs.

• Keeping up with design trends.
