 Head of Match-Trader Platform / Head of Business Line

A visionary and hands-on leader who will define the strategy, shape the product, and drive commercial growth. This person will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, tech, and sales teams. The role reports directly to the CEO and COO and is based on-site in Warsaw (Poland) or Limassol (Cyprus).

The right person will have a combination of strategic vision, commercial understanding, capable of  taking full ownership of the platform, from strategy and vision to execution, and act as the internal and external face of Match-Trader.

Requirements


  • Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B business, product, or commercial roles, preferably in fintech, brokerage technology, or related industries.
  • Background in owning a product, business line, or commercial portfolio, including responsibility for strategy, growth, or market positioning.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, align, and collaborate across cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, support, tech).
  • Experience in working with Forex brokers.
  • Confident, proactive professional with a strategic mindset and the ability to take full ownership of outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; experience representing a product externally (creating presentations, webinars, videos, public speaking etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong planning, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales goals.
  • Willingness to travel to industry events and expos as needed.

Responsibilities


  • Defining and driving the long-term vision and business strategy for the Match-Trader platform.
  • Shaping product direction based on market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
  • Owning and evolving the commercial logic of the platform, including pricing, packaging, and value proposition, in close cooperation with sales and management.
  • Conducting market research to identify potential areas for growth, competition, and trends.
  • Working closely with sales, support, marketing, and tech teams to increase revenue and ensure consistent focus, prioritization, and execution around the platform.
  • Maintaining relationships with key customers and partners, and driving the acquisition of new business opportunities.
  • Presenting the product at the industry events and representing it internally and externally.
  • Coordination of marketing efforts with the marketing team, including positioning, launches, and campaigns.
  • Guiding development priorities by translating business and market needs into clear product direction.
  • Creating and implementing strategic plans to achieve business goals and expand market share.
  • Preparing reports and analysing data to inform strategic decisions and drive growth.
  • Ensuring smooth operations aligned with legal, compliance, and financial teams to support continued growth.
