Business Development Specialist

Place of work: Warsaw, office work

Wymagania

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in BD or sales position;
Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher);
Knowledge of current market trends, and industry developments in the blockchain/ digital assets space;
High motivation, proactive approach, communication and pitching skills, results-oriented attitude, full-scope coverage, time management, trustworthiness, propriety.

Obowiązki

Responsibilities:

Establishing, maintaining, and developing relationships with partners (CEXs, Projects, web3 companies);
Actively attracting and managing leads, aiming to increase company sales and revenue;
Conducting research and actively seeking new partners, assessing their potential and opportunities for collaboration;
Creating business plans for partners;
Representing the company at international web3/blockchain conferences.
