Senior Low Latency Java Developer
Place of work: Warsaw, office work


  • 3-5+ years of experience in building financial/trading systems using Java.
  • Expertise in multi-threaded programming with lock-free algorithms.
  • Experience with the design and development of distributed systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in low-latency programming techniques and familiarity with open-source libraries related to low latency in Java, such as Disruptor, Agrona, Aeron, Netty, and Chronicle.
  • Knowledge of low latency concepts and techniques.
  • Skills in creating highly efficient code, optimizing performance at both the software and hardware levels.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS EC2 and experience with optimizing cloud environments for low latency.

  • Design and develop high-performance trading system components in a distributed architecture with a focus on low latency.
  • Implement new features and functionalities in both existing and new systems, ensuring they adhere to low latency requirements.
  • Perform bug fixes and maintain code quality.
  • Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of our systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the Trading Quant and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
